Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product connector structure design and development;
2. Responsible for technical communication with customers, confirming customers' application and technical requirements, and providing new product design solutions in a timely manner;
3. Responsible for parts list/BOM construction, 3D model and 2D drawings, product specifications, application specification list, etc.;
4. Responsible for solving product design and testing problems, optimizing and improving the connector structure of existing products, and improving trial production reports and related process data;
5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, electronic engineering and other related majors are preferred;
2. Proficient in PROE, CAD software, understand common machining methods and basic connector structures, and have good communication skills and file analysis and problem-solving skills.

Salesperson

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer development, customer maintenance and sales;
2. Focus on establishing good business relationships, meeting customer needs and improving customer satisfaction;
3. Complete monthly and quarterly sales targets and report work status regularly;

Qualifications
1. Full-time college degree or above, majoring in marketing, business administration, commerce and other related majors;
2. Have a certain understanding of the industry market, and have good market development and judgment capabilities;
3. Priority will be given to those who have intersections with connector industry, industrial control, photovoltaic energy storage and other industry products;
4. Proficient in OFFICE office software.

Quality Inspector

Job requirements:
Familiar with the quality management system, proficient in using testing tools, with careful observation and responsibility to ensure that products meet standards. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, can adapt to high-intensity work, and have good communication skills.

Wire welder

Job requirements:
Familiar with welding technology, able to operate welding equipment skillfully, have basic knowledge of circuits, work meticulously and patiently, and ensure welding quality. Candidates with relevant experience or welder certificates are preferred, and can adapt to high-intensity work.

Automatic lathe master

Job requirements:
Proficient in operating fully automatic lathes, proficient in programming and debugging, and able to complete processing tasks independently. Possess basic knowledge of mechanical processing, strong sense of responsibility, and focus on efficiency and quality. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred and can adapt to shift work.
